Income Tax Autofile is illegal. No Canadian is REQUIRED to file income tax EVER!

The government funded Canadian media CBC has a story that indicates it is a good plan to autofile your income tax on your behalf. EXCEPT that no law in Canada required anyone to file income tax EVER! That is overstep by the government. Income Tax since the 40's initiated to pay for WW1 was then and still is today completely VOLUNTARY!
