Today i talk about my the no fap movement. I practiced the month of november and sharing the results.
To clarify more, "No Fap" can be a spectrum. No fap is no "SELF" pleasure. Sex is generally not included in the umbrella of no fap. The idea is that No Fap helps you gain more personal REAL and INTIMATE connections with others. It's NOT A MAGIC BULLET! It doesn't change your life, it's a tool to HELP YOU, change your life and gain control. Too much misunderstanding on this topic.
Simply put, no fap is a method for you to realize and overcome deep routed issues with your sexuality and for some addictive tendencies towards self-sabotage, sexuality, and more.
