Grandma's Pea Salad

Today the Farmer and I were talking about a delicious side salad that his Grandmother used to make. I don't have a recipe written down... well, because she never did either. This is one of those recipes that you just make from memory, and what items you have available in your pantry! You know, a pinch of this and a dash of that! But trust me... it's very forgiving.. and always delicious!
