Garden Rotini Vegtable Salad

Today is another salad from a different grandma. Don't grandma's have the best recipes? This is one that was always at summer cookouts and other family meals. And when I say family... grandma invited us all in ... like 10-20 of us! So she would make up a BIG batch of this in her Tupperware... ahhh... memories! Anyway... Today's recipe is a pasta veggie salad with a sweet Dorthy Lynch recipe and a hint of creamy cheese! Hope you enjoy... Garden Variety Rotini Vegetable Salad serves 5-7
1- 8oz. pkg garden variety rotini pasta
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cauliflower flowerets
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper (we used any color)
1 cup diced American cheese (we used original velveta)
1 cup French, or your favorite dressing ( we use Dorthy Lynch)
(we also added sliced olives)
Cook pasta according to package direction, rinse with cold water to chill. In large mixing bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, red bell peppers, cheese and garden variety rotini, pour on dressing, mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate several hours.
