Mini Tomatoe Basil Pies

If you haven't already heard, there is this YUMMY collaboration going on this month #andpiesofmarch2023 it is all about Pies! We could choose something sweet or savory.... anything pie! Today I chose to share with you our FAVORITE pie recipe! But of course, me being me, I decided to change things up a bit and make a mini version of a Tomato Basil Pie!
