Ambrosia Salad

I had a REALLY hard time trying to decide which dessert salad I would share with you. So many wonderful ones out there that can be put together with fairly simple ingredients. However, after coming across a jar of Maraschino Cherries, I knew it had to be this recipe! I grew up with this salad as a big treat! I love coconut, and all the different fruits. And I love me some marshmallows! You can use plain like I did, but I believe the traditional salad might call for the colored ones! Thanks for joining me on the Salad Collaboration.
