Murph is a retired powerlifter and strongman competitor, a long-time member of the Muscle and Fitness Magazine and Men’s Fitness Magazine advisory boards. He was a featured writer for both companies for decades.
He is the founder and head coach of the TPS Method, which features programming for powerlifting and Training for Life (TFL). His latest endeavor is TPS Method Tactical, the Boston Area’s best civilian firearms training and instruction resource.
