How I always hit a Personal Record, my gym outfit, my everyday gym bag, and some general motivation for fitness and doing it.
This week I decided to make another vlog type of video because all of you liked the last one so much! It was fun and I think 2 of these down, I'm starting to understand how to edit and create them a little bit better. It's difficult to share my personality as I hate seeing others share theirs online.
