RECIPE FOR CHINESE DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

Dough
two cups white flour
34 cup of hot water

Filling
500g pork mince
2 cups shredded savoy cabbage, 1 cup chopped spring onions, 3/4 cup chopped coriander, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 inches of chopped ginger, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Don't hold back when adding salt and pepper to the dish.

Sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon shredded ginger
Sugar, 1 tbsp, and sesame oil, 1 tsp
