Top news right now: Barack Obama, former U.S President, stars in a new upcoming Netflix series titled "Working," which explores American jobs and the changing nature of work for millions of Americans. This, however, is viewed as a hypocritical approach to American jobs given that under his presidency, hundreds-of-thousands of U.S. manufacturing jobs were lost. Many Americans blame Obama's policies for decimating U.S. manufacturing, outsourcing jobs, taxation and regulation, which strangled the American manufacturing industry. Despite this, Obama continues to maintain a media presence and his new series may just be his attempt to stay in the public spotlight.
