How To Disable Rumble Auto Play (HTML-5 Auto Play)

Quick Instruction: Lock Icon in the address bar, click and go to site settings and under permissions it should be the first one under Brave/Chrome based browsers that says Auto Play, click drop down menu and click block and then close the site settings tab and it's done.
