Justice Alito says he has a ‘pretty good idea’ who leaked Dobbs ruling but offers no names

During an interview with the Wall Street Journal Friday, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito hinted that someone who supported Roe v. Wade was behind the leaked draft opinion of Dobbs v. Jackson last May. Alito says he does not have enough evidence to publicly name the person responsible. Dobbs v. Jackson resulted in overturning the constitutional right to have an abortion.
