00:00 - Amazing Carving
00:34 - Extraordinary Details
01:16 - Shuka Bhashini
01:43 - Ancient Messengers
02:05 - Oldest Voicemail

So, I found an amazing carving, I think this is atleast a thousand years old. This is in the middle of nowhere guys, nobody comes to this temple. This is in a small town called Javagal. Nobody knows about this carving but I think this is the most beautiful carving I have seen in a very long time. And it has some really amazing information, okay? You can see that she is having a parrot, okay? And she is beautifully dressed, right? So you can see the designs on her skirt. And then, you can see her hairdo, it is really nice, she has all sorts of hairclips, and all these ornaments and here, you can see this beautiful necklace. Now, what is really beautiful is that you can see how her necklace comes around her chest, but, look inside. You can even see how it would look naturally inside. I mean, this is extraordinary. And you can see all these tiny details. How she is putting on her anklets and stuff like this. But you know what this figure was originally called in Ancient Times? In Sanskrit it was called ShukaBhashini.

In ancient times it was called Shuka Bhashini which actually means parrot language. Lots of people argue that she is holding a parrot just to symbolize how sweet her voice is. But that is not true. We know ancient Indians were using pigeons to send messages. They would tie a small palm leaf written with secret messages in the pigeon’s leg, and they would send it to another person. This is called Keeravani, by the way. This is well known. But people misunderstood the concept of Shukabhashini. They actually used parrots and were sending voicemail. So they would tell the parrot a secret message, and they would let the parrot go, and it would go to the other person, and it would repeat that message. This was the oldest voicemail system that existed thousands of years ago. This is called Shukhabhashini and this is a very very advanced technology, how they were using nature to send voicemail thousands of years ago in Ancient India.
