My 7 Day Dark Retreat Experience - Part 2 #hermitage #guatemala

Here is my experience at the retreat where I did my Dark Room experience. This focuses on why I do not recommend The Hermitage Guatemala. Very much a good old moan, but shows the other side of my experience there. There were still quite a few points I missed LOL, if they were individual it probably would have been ok, it was just the accumulation of everything.

I did have an amazing time overall, and was not angry during my stay. A little frustrated at times. But with life their is an ebb and a flow, and I di not hold on to anything, which is why I gave them so many tips on what they could do to improve customer experience. Also if I was the only one who has ever had a complaint maybe they should issue a customer satisfaction form to guests. As the best marketing is your existing guests to rave about their experience, and probably most suggestions from customers would cost much to implement at all, like hooks for the bathroom. I would love to have or host a retreat in the future, so this was an amazing experience for me overall.
