In videos circulating on social networks, more than a thousand protesters detained in a a barrack by the Federal Police in Brasilia, complain of mistreatment.

The protesters report a lack of water, food and basic infrastructure at the site.

"And this is how the story went after we left the HQ: no water, no coffee, no lunch... Almost two thousand people here. That's democracy," says a woman filming the crowd inside the shed.

In other videos, protesters pray and sing the National Anthem. "I got this video of patriots in a shed. They must not even know where they are or 'what the next step' is. Please let's pray for these people," said a Twitter profile.

According to information from the protesters themselves, one person became ill and needed medical attention

"In the name of democracy, Brazil has just resurrected the Nazi concentration camps. 1,200 people who were in the HQ and have no confirmed connection with yesterday's vandalism are being held: children, elderly and families," said Congressman Gustavo Gayer, on Twitter.
