Lost Dream: The Boomer American Dream Trap | Live Podcast

After the completing last Friday's Mashup Podcast where Doug discussed the Divide & Conquer routines being run on generations against one another, he wanted to further delve into what he sees to be the root of the lack of understanding between Boomers and the younger generations: the differences in the economic circumstances for which the younger generations find themselves, where the "rules of the game" and indeed, the very game itself, has been changed, as if a rug was pulled out from under them. As far as the U.S. goes, it seems the younger generations' access to the American Dream has in large part been lost, but from a spiritual perspective is that a bad thing? Jesus said that we cannot serve God and money, that we must choose one over the other, and that if we would seek Him first and His righteousness, all these things would be added to us. So the Boomers' hyper focus on financial gain wasn't right to being with. Is that what this time of economic uncertainty is for, to bring us to a place where we stop running the old algorithm of greed and begin to seek the Father for our provision by keeping His commandments? Yes, this is indeed God's plan and why these hard economic times were predicted in Revelation 6. Join Doug as he delves further into the subject. Hope to see you then.
