THE EARTH IS CRYING OUT

My heart breaks -
my soul aches …

This country -
this world …

The evil is rampant -
it’s ruining all in its path …

You can see it in the faces -
As well in their actions …

Every time I get online -
Every time I am bombarded with examples …

There are fights, riots, & demolishing -
Thefts, vandalism, & no self-respect …

Do you see it as well -
Or is it only my heart which is crying out …

Cancel this, persecute that -
Taking out frustrations on innocent ones …

What are we going to do -
Are we going to sit back & let all be gone …

We must stay in prayer for our country & our world -
We must run to God for strength to stand strong …

We cannot just sit on the sidelines -
We must do whatever we can to bring God back to the forefront …

If we do not we are equally to blame -
If we do not who are we to judge the evil …

God help the innocents; we must protect them now -
God help us all; we must save the lost & ourselves …
