Then, I blended the shimmer eyeshadows with a neutral eyeshadow, and finished the look with winged eyeliner and a hint of black eyeshadow in the outer v! I love how this eyeshadow look contours the eyelid and makes everything pop with the shimmers and the winged liner. This is honestly the BEST way you can INSTANTLY level-up your look!
