I hope it's Donald Trump': Caitlyn Jenner talks 2024 US election

Caitlyn Jenner says Donald Trump has a “great track record” and knows “how to fix things” as she threw her support behind the former US president to be the Republican nominee to potentially challenge Joe Biden's presidency next year.

Speaking to Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi in a wide-ranging Digital Originals Exclusive interview, Ms Jenner said as a “conservative Republican” she will support whoever ends up being the Republican nominee.

“From my standpoint, I hope that's Donald Trump,” Ms Jenner said.

“I would like to see him – what we need right now in the White House is we need kind of like an alpha male that can get in there, knows what he's doing.

“And Donald Trump knows what he's doing – he's already been there.

"He knows how to fix things and has a great track record."
