Since when do we have Adults telling in other adults how much stuff they are allowed to consume.

If something is legal then let it be legal. There is no restriction on how much beer I can consume. No restrictions on how much I can eat. So, why is that they will only allow 10 mg per package. Besides being wasteful, it is to much control over something that is legal.

After thinking about it, it isn't totally legal yet. it will change.
