1. Wake up, write time gather an Avg and adjust. 2. Drink 500ml of water and take supplements 3. Take a 15 min walk and view sunrise (widen vision, notice things)4. Read a book for 10min 5. Make coffee (60min after wake up) 6. Plan your day 7. Cold shower rinse 8. Workout (fasted) 9. Warm shower (optional) 10. 90 min deep work session uninterrupted.
