(7) Long Park Tour today with lunch at Lumberman's Arch then part of the seawall Marina, then on to the Cruse Ship Terminal. Then all the way back to Second Beach, seawall to English Bay and Sunset Beach then up the hill to rainbow crossing and Nelson Park.

Nice ride, 11.2 miles (18.02 km), Sunny day, Few people, great music. (45:27 Seconds at double speed). Enjoy the free ride, and the free music.
