Rudder Extension part two! S1 Ep 13

Here we finish up the rudder extension and get it back on the boat. It was a ton of work and we are thrilled with how it turned out! After multiple barrier coats we tried out a new silicone based product from Pelagic Marine (not sponsored, just curious). We really like the idea of not having additional chemicals and this was the perfect test. We will keep you updated as the summer wears on. If we really like the way it holds up, we hope to soda blast, barrier coat and apply the Pelagic product to the hull. It was a super easy product to use!
