In 2009 PhD in Political Sciences, specialty "Political Problems of International Systems and Global Development", dissertation topic: "European integration policy as a basic component of Ukraine's national security".Author of more than 70 scientific reports published in domestic and foreign professional editions.
From 2013 to February 2014, held the position of Assistant Consultant to the Deputy of Ukraine Parlament.
From February 26, 2014 to August 23, 2014, held the position of Director of the Minister's Department for Strategic Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
From August 23, 2014 to July 22, 2016 on the post of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration. Supervisor of the Light Infantry Brigade # 3018 of NSU, the only military unit established and trained to NATO standards from August 25, 2014 to July 22, 2016.
From July 27, 2016 to July 27, 2021 Advisor to the Minister of the Interior.
