You should always use your gear to its fullest potential if you're trying to escape gankers in Albion Online. By utilizing every movement ability your kit has to offer, you'll be able to put space between you and the ganker allowing you to potentially escape and live another day. This short shows a player who is clearly able to escape my gank but fails to use his weapons maneuverability to his advantage, allowing me to catch up and finish him off. If he used his weapons movement spell, I wouldn't have been able to win so easily.
