Recently, the Russian Aerospace Forces have been actively using bombs with universal planning and correction modules (UPCM), which make it possible to accurately hit targets without entering the air defense coverage area.

One of the targets was the position of the Ukrainian SOF Center "South" (former 73 maritime special operations center) on an island in the Dnieper delta, which was located in the building of the fish inspection post. On the morning of April 24, two FAB-500 bombs flew there at once.

At the time of arrival there were at least 10 members of Ukrainian formations. It is unlikely that anyone managed to survive: the houses on the swampy islands near Kherson stand on stilts and are not equipped with basements where you can hide from the blow.
