Youngblood Jumpin' Around

A livelier live version of Leon Russell's medley of Jumpin' Jack Flash and Youngblood collides with Bruce Willis's own take on Youngblood with Clarence Clemons helping him out among others into a mashup of sorts for today's Segue City Special...as we do a Hank Aaron medley on the songs' heads... that's still great a line... the wonder is how many people will get it?... but then again we don't make segues for Luddites or elitists... the segues are all kind of like single malt Scotch - it's an acquired taste...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
