Vanilla eclair recipe you will never regret if you taste it
(Please preheat the oven in advance)
*material
90g soft flour
68 g butter
75 g of water
75 g milk
12 g sugar
2 g salt
125 g eggs
*Custard Cream
6 egg yolks
90 g sugar
2 g vanilla extract
20g soft flour
12 g corn starch
420g milk
60g fresh cream
Vanilla Bean 8cm
22 g butter
0.5 g salt

190 degrees 20 minutes preheat
185 degrees 17 minutes 170 degrees 23 minutes (total bake 40 minutes)
