In July of 1518, a woman began dancing in the streets of Strasbourg, France. After a few of her continuously dancing, others started to join in until thousands of people were dancing nonstop. This lasted for months and some died. In 1962, children began laughing and could not stop. The laughing epidemic spread to over a thousand children in Africa. Why did these plagues happen? Could they happen again? Have they already happened?
