Ypsilanti high school choir out of $700 after paying videographer but never receiving project

The Ypsilanti Community High School choir says it's out $700 after paying a videographer to make a film out of their concerts. Choir director Crystal Harding says the man simply stopped answering their calls after they paid him up front.
