秋葉原最大級の売り場面を誇る総合家電ショップ。秋葉原最大級のレストランフロアなども備える。

　「家族連れを強く意識した」というショップで、各フロアもこれを意識した構成となっている。その一方で、アニメ関連やゲーム、PCパーツなどといった「秋葉原ならでは」のアイテムを扱う売り場も広く取られており、中でもPCパーツコーナーは2Fの約1/3をさいている。
