Lion cub, escaped owners house, freely walking at Sabah Al-Ahmad area in #Kuwait

#KUWAIT CITY, April 25: A security source said a lion cub was seen wandering in an open area in the Sabah Al-Ahmad causing fear among the residents of the area, reports Al-Rai daily.

A security source told Al- Rai that immediately after a report was received by Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior, the police, public security and traffic patrols went to the site and were surprised to see the cub moving freely on the streets and between the houses.

The daily added, the young lion has been dealt with by the Interior Ministry men and efforts are underway to find its owner.
