Welcome to my Bikini Competition Prep 6 Weeks Out video! In this video, I'm going to share with you how I'm preparing for my upcoming bikini competition in just six weeks.

I'll be sharing my workout routine, diet plan, and my overall fitness journey so far. You'll get a glimpse of what I eat, how I train, and what my daily routine looks like.

As I get closer to my competition, I'm really focused on my diet and making sure I'm getting enough protein to build muscle and maintain my energy levels. I'm also incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) into my workouts to really target those trouble areas and get my body in the best shape possible.
