Ranchers in Weldon take on road repairs personally

Residents of Weldon, California have tried to find out who is responsible for fixing roads that have been flooded for weeks, but nobody can seem to answer them. Unfazed, ranchers in the area fired up their own equipment and got to work for the residents, some of whom have been all but trapped behind the flooded road.
