(they made it seem normal in Gainesville, Florida, ..this process and even call center lawyer/operators don't seem to know anything)..Margarot instead of Margaret Jane Kirk on wipe board at hospital and seeming fakery-ish behavior/intubation/etc. singing of amazing grace (and the name too cutesily matching-ish a family member's name, people overly times, ICU employees acting as if they are on a show too much...and how do you get a case? signage on newstands about malpractice suits, but when you call, representatives abusive...everyone is outright evil in that world it seems) or they won't give you the time of day for anything.

2. abuses, straight out, from call center/representatives for supplemental income groups/government and where to go, who to trust.

3. Hostile workplaces and ...no one wants to represent.

4. of course, community harassment and who wants the case?..
