Dashcam, bodycam video of Hazelwood police chief suspected of driving drunk

Hazlewood police Chief Gregg Hall visibly failed three sobriety tests during a traffic stop by a police officer in O'Fallon, Missouri, on May 28. Hall, who was not arrested, was driven home by then-O'Fallon police Chief John Neske.
