Breaking News - Desperate DISNEY SUES DeSantis in Last Ditch Effort to Save Reedy Creek - Disney’s Corporate Kingdom.
The Walt Disney Company filed a lawsuit today after the new Central Florida Tourism Oversight District board appointed by Florida Governor Ron Desantis VETOED an attempt by Disney to take direct control over the former Reedy Creek Improvement District.
This lawsuit claims Disney’s first amendment rights were violated by Florida and that the state legislature had no right to …. Well … legislate.
