Hi everyone. Today I am happy to share with you Chest and Triceps Workout at home without irons or special equipment. Chest and triceps are great for working on the same day, no matter what push-ups you do, these muscles are always engaged! You can shift the weight on your chest or triceps just a bit, but push-ups work these 2 muscle groups. This video shows some of the best exercises to work your chest and triceps. If you want to progress quickly and gain muscle mass then use additional weights or a weighted vest for this exercise. Do push-ups from your knees to make the exercise easier. Remember about regular exercise and proper nutrition, as well as good recovery after training! Be sure to stretch at the end of your workout, and warm up at the start of your workout!
