KCFD, Caltrans prepare for spring melt

As springtime temperatures rise, it brings the potential for increased snow melt, which may cause some concern for flooding. On Wednesday, Kern County officials met with a flood fight specialist to prepare for potential flooding scenarios. 23ABC's Corey O'Leary spoke with some of those officials to find out how the preparations are going.
