At CinemaCon today, The Walt Disney compony announced they are suing the State of Florida over the Reedy Creek dispute in which Disney lost their tax exempt privileges after 70 or so years. This coming off the heals of low a low box office forecast for Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 3.
