A decorated U.S. Military career culminating with his service as a Special Operations Officer. That 28-year long career provided him the opportunity to manage complex projects and successfully build cross-functional teams.

Now retired from the military, Shawn has actively participated in several business ventures integrating organizational and technical experts into a cohesive team that have consistently over-performed.  As an officer of ORE Sys, LLC, he is responsible for overall business planning and strategic focus to allow for growth and relevancy in the market space. 

Shawn holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, WV, as well as certifications in ITIL and project management.
