The PATCHIEST Eyeshadow Palette EVER! ColourPop Just My Luck Eyeshadow Palette Color Study

The @colourpopcosmetics Just My Luck eyeshadow palette is one of my all time favorites! I mean...it's GREEN! I love the ColourPop Just My Luck palette because of the vibrant, rich green eyeshadows. It has a beautiful spectrum of light to dark greens for both the mattes and the shimmers, and it includes two olive eyeshadows as well! I will say that the eyeshadows in the Just My Luck palette can get incredibly patchy very fast. The only way I've found to keep the patchiness from happening is to build the eyeshadows up one at a time from lightest to darkest. The shimmers do blend out beautifully, though, except I sort of hate the Mary Jane color, lol! There is one eyeshadow, called Too Matcha, that is especially difficult to work with, as I can't really decide whether it's a shimmer or a matte eyeshadow. One thing I would suggest is not treating it like a shimmer, but more like a matte eyeshadow. I also suggest using all the eyeshadows lighter than Too Matcha before applying this dark green eyeshadow, so that you can actually blend it out. I, of course, adore this palette, but it is CERTAINLY a challenge to use.
