This is the meat and potatoes. Most of the recording at 1.5x, slowed to 1.25x for Prather.

1. Catherine Englebrecht gives a short summary of the presentation before this.
2. Harry Haury. election law expert) played a role implementing HAVA (EAC falls under HAVA), which was a political compromise. He points out chinks in the armor of the corrupt entities who run our election system:
-the imperative to get the message out
-strategies to force investigations and legislature oversight
-DOJ for decades has recognized fair elections as a civil right so we can fight it as a civil rights matter "in addition to a federal security violation." (This should stop judges from saying we have "no standing"/ can't demonstrate personal injury from unlawful elections. GA Supreme Court's Oct. decision should help: https://www.georgiarecord.com/ga-supreme-court-confirms-voters-have-standing-to-sue-election-officials-who-violate-law/
They ruled that voters and citizens are injured when officials break the law.)
-all systems in place violate the EAC by not testing for vulnerability.
-EAC et al have no authority over the legislative process
-everyone who certifies a rigged election i.e. 2020 takes on civil and potentially criminal liability.
3. Sheriff Lamb from Pinal County AZ talks about the sheriff's dept's enforcing drop box voting. (hopefully some of them are continuing Thaler's investigation into deeds and mortgage fraud and laundering bribes)
4. Jeffrey Prather, former head of operations at the DIA, on 5GW, the population not knowing the first law of war (that you're in one), building fusion centers as a counterintelligence measure against the Deep State who have their own fusion centers set up with law enforcement reps on one side of the table and intel agencies on the other, passing them data and instructing them to find their own "parallel probable cause." The FBI's out of bounds doing intel ops everywhere when they're supposed to be in law enforcement: the whole organization needs to be BOYCOTTED, down to the vendors who stock their soda machines.
5. Gregg Phillips on targeting an operation.

Next is geofencing app, I didn't record so if you're interested in that it starts at 2h53 on RSBN's full Day 1 https://rumble.com/embed/v1cmbyz/
-superanalyzer device that law enforcement can plug a phone into and see everywhere it's ever been and every URL ever visited.
-portable Farraday cage to carry your phone in so DS can't follow you around.
I don't think these are new invention, but introducing things the agencies have been using against us, for us to now use against them. In that sense the Pit event and open.ink are a fusion center between white hats and the public.
