Rep. Scalise addresses debt ceiling bill: 'If Joe Biden won't lead, House Republicans will'

House Republican leaders held a presser to discuss controversial debt ceiling bill Republicans are expected to propose soon, in order to achieve resolve when it comes to fixing the major problems associated with over spending and the drowning U.S. national debt limit. Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) told reporters that their bill will "address the debt ceiling," but also "address the spending problem that brought us to this moment." According to Rep. Scalise and House colleagues, the bill could come to the House floor soon, as early as this week.
