Teens finally arrested in rock throwing incident - April 27, 2023

Police have arrested three 18 year olds for the rock throwing incident that killed 20 year old Alexa Bartell and for other dangerous incidents that appear to be connected.  George asks what the charges/punishment should be? George also talks with Joshua Sharf of the Independance Institute who examines the war in Ukraine, Russia's struggle to keep their war machine working, and more.  Next, former Denver D.A. Mitch Morrisey joins to talk about a new study he co-authored about auto theft rates in Colorado.  The hour wraps up with Colorado minority leader Mike Lynch about the failure of the bill that would establish safe drug injection site.
