I felt a little lazy today and i had to convince myself to go to the Gym and workout. I believe that it's necessary to let your mind feel comfortable by just simply telling yourself that you can go to the gym for few minutes and when you're at the gym and begin the workouts, you will have more courage to want to exercise because you have people also putting in the work in the gym.
