Join us for an enlightening 24/7 live stream on dry fasting! 🌟 Whether you're a beginner or skeptic, this live stream is designed to show you what it looks like to dry fast for 11 days with evidence that nothing was consumed. (world first?)

This live stream is mainly dedicated to providing proof that humans can indeed go longer than 3 days without water (you'd know this if you read some research papers on it). Society norms teach us that you die without water for 3 days and this causes a social stigma about dry fasting research. I have been dry fasting for a few years, and water fasting for over a decade. This live stream was medically approved following tests and procedures completed during previous fasts. On top of that, I am monitoring vitals such as urine biomarkers, blood glucose levels, urine output, and heart rate. I will have a blood draw after the dry fast to provide additional medical data.

Dry fasting should ideally be done with ample walks in nature, surrounded by water. It's important to move around, without heavy strain, to help drain and move around your lymphatic system. A few things you will see in this scenario I have set up, are things that mimic being outdoors: a humidifier, air purifier, and open window. I am performing massages, stretches, light movement, and yoga. Meditation is important, especially in the deeper parts of the fast.

The rules of this fast are that I cannot leave the room, and must remain on camera for the entire duration of the 11 days of dry fasting. That's 264 hours! Check-ins and Q&A's will occur at 12PM and 9PM daily. Feel free to watch the archived check-ins under past live streams. I really hope you enjoy this, and decide to join the dry fasting club discord group: link below. We're building a community to help new dry fasters navigate everything much more safely, as well as discuss the most recent research in dry fasting and water fasting.

If you've been curious about dry fasting but don't know where to start, this 24-hour live stream is the perfect opportunity to learn more and join a supportive community.
