Rep. Pam Altendorf was able to get an amendment added onto the Human Services Omnibus Bill today which would pay Bay View for the higher level of care that they are offering in this facility.

Bay View is one of only two nursing homes in the state of Minnesota that offers care for traumatic brain injury patients. Therefore, this nursing home is taking people from ALL OVER the state of Minnesota, and this funding will help ensure that it can continue to give this high level of care!
