puget sound voice repeaters station thing for possible gangstaking and v2k evidence

Ok for my investigation into these criminals this I picked up.
not all v2k has to be microwave some use ham radios am fm etc...
So you sleuths out there listen to this and compare to my others and see if there are any same voices you hear from this to my others if you would.

UHM now my v2k overlaps but I listened online to one of these Ham radio things the name is in the title. frequency is 146.960. why because evidence I have says pro nation radio in it and EMS and ambulance drivers and we all know cops and other LEO are part of gangstalking. neighborhood watch crap, plus others. Rainbow room is part of it too not sure what that is but...
THen an unknown pedo group is said to be targeteting me not sure why.
plus they bother Trump people so...
So this is my attempt to investigate who these criminals are. so please it's short and you may not hear anything or comparisons to the others but worth a try for me.
