This was a hard one to get out of bed for.... not gonna lie... Let's see how it goes!

Zwift is a workout platform for cyclists and runners. It is home to hundreds of thousands of cyclists and runners worldwide. I use it to train for my triathlon events. I’m a HS All American swimmer and swam for BYU back in the 2000’s. Bike is my weakest by far, so that’s why I’m on this platform!

A few FAQ’s:
Yes, this is my bike, it’s a Cannondale CAAD 12 running Shimano 105 components. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done.
I use a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine that I bought used on Facebook, and added the power sensor to it. Works well enough for me, but I’m looking to upgrade when I can.
I do Olympic and Sprint distance triathlons. I’ve done two half Ironman distance events, but that’s too long for me to train for, so I stick to shorter races.
My current swim time is about a 1:20/100yd open water and that’s only swimming about an hour a week, if that.
I’ve been a content creator since 2005, streaming since 2016 and Zwifting since 2019.
